  • It is definetly a good investment. Along with weight loss you will become stronger and more flexible. For me the downfall was finding enough time in the day (everyday) to do the exercises. Plan on 60-90 minutes per day. I tried to do this on top of my daily cardio and found it nearly impossible to keep up with.
