I see a bit of myself in you. Thank you for this message. It's really encouraging and motivating. I am wondering if I eat enough. I will figure it out through the weeks I guess. And yeah, the scale is a ***** haha There is no better proof of weigh loss than your clothes!

I completed level 1. I see some physical changes (abs are slowly coming back, muscles in the armes and thighs are getting stronger). It motivates to continue!

They do not gain weight because they eat when they're hungry and know when to stop! No matter what you eat, if you're over eating things you will gain weight. Now, what can you do to still see your friends and enjoy your weekend? Try to listen to your stomach and your body. Have a treat and choose a healthier meal. Even if…

The first 3 days were the most difficult for me. I was so sore! But I want to challenge myself and do the 30DS without a rest day. As a lot said, listen to your body! I'm only at day 6...

Day 6 done yesterday. I feel better and I am now able to do the lower abs completely. It's good to see how you progress.

I did day 3 yesterday and this morning I feel less sore than after day 1 and 2. The muscles are maybe getting used to the effort or our brain is! ^^

Do not be crazy about it. Make healthy choices and most of all eat when you are hungry. If you don't eat all your calories because you're not hungry is ok. If you force yourself to eat them all, even if it's healty food can be bad. Too much of everything is bad...

I'm trying to do it once a month. The body weigh needs at least 3 weeks to be stable. And you do not get obsessed with the scale. As we say, the scale can lie but not your clothes ;-)
