Oddly enough I lose more on days I dont exercise.

I'm 5 2" and I never go over 1200. I am not starving and yes I am losing. I've never been a big eater, I was just eating the wrong food.

I am not under eating, I eat until I am full. I never eat after 7pm and I rarely eat back my exercise calories. The few times I go over my calories I gained instantly.

It sounds as if the more you lose, the more abusive he is becoming. Its a control thing. Keep your guard up, suggest he get counseling.

I guess it bugs me right now since I'm not over eating and working out and i'm still not losing!

I have 15 more to lose...if it takes a year thats fine....I figure at least slow loss I will be able to keep it off.

I could seriously give up all other foods and have cereal 3 times a day. It has a lot of nutrients..why hasnt anyone come with a cereal diet?? I'd start it in a minute!!

I know what you mean...I went a few weeks with almost no loss at all. I usually eat way less than my allowed calories. I flat out dont believe that if you eat more, you will lose weight. It makes no sense at all. I tried it for 3 days and gained instantly.

Count yourself lucky. The past 2 weeks I've only lost .4 of a pound. I'd be thrilled with a pound a week. Dont set your goals too high...you're doing great.

Thanks for the specific advice. To be honest the copy and paste just sort of lost me after second paragraph. I updated my weekly loss to 1/2 pound...no idea why it was to 2 pounds. Wasnt intentional.

5 2" goal is 120. Lost about 10 pounds in the past month but its definitely slowing down now.

Just wondering if you are using an old scale. I didnt think I was losing until I switched to a digital scale. You mentioned it wasnt moving an inch.

Yup I'm with you...not crazy about it at all. Now I do Wii just dance for 30 min a day and its fun. Time flies and its better than nothing.
