I graduated in 1990 at 125lbs 5'4" size 6/8. Am currently 163 size 12 with a goal of 140 size 8/10. I'm giving myself until Halloween to achieve my reasonable goal. I tend to lose my willpower & mindset if I put too much pressure on myself to lose faster than that. But IT WILL HAPPEN!
