  • I haven't had a soda in months...not sure how many because I'm not keeping count, but I found that what I really craved was the carbonation. That's when mineral water and flavored water came in. That helped me out so much in the beginning. Now I only drink water, unsweet tea, or black coffee...that's all. I don't even miss…
  • Thank you for this. I've been eating better and working out consistently for over a month now...and I've GAINED weight, but lost several inches. It gets so frustrating stepping on the scale expecting to see big changes and getting the complete opposite.
