I have a protein shake for breakfast on my fasting day. So long as your calories are 500/600 a day it doesn't matter what you have - within reason! Protein is good as it keeps you fuller for longer!

I have a Carrera Hybrid from Halfords too - the man's version as I find ladies bikes too small. It's an excellent sturdy bike and great for riding on and off road. I cycle to work daily and love it!

Yeah - that's what I thought - wow that's tiny! I've got a 27" waist and I'm 5'8" too! My hips are 38" though so I'm a proper pear! I weigh 140lb I don't know what I want to be but I'd like my hips smaller without losing booty!

I would agree with this. I work out as usual and have felt no ill effects and never eat back any exercise calories. I always work out first thing in the morning so I do think this helps as I rarely feel hungry immediately when I get up. I agree about 30 day shred .... and would add that any Jillian Micheals DVD or Jackie Warner DVD is good. I never go to the gym, I only do workout DVDs from home and cycle to work. It works for me. I'm working myself up to doing Insanity.
