I don't log the normal day to day stuff, but every fortnight I really blitz the house so I do log that on top of my normal workout! It's a Saturday so I need all the extra calories I can get!!!

I totally agree! It's great starting your day knowing you've done your workout! I get up at 5.40 to workout - I go to bed at 10 so I get plenty of sleep and once I'm up it's easy!

I plan the week's meals in advance and then enter on MFP the night before, I then add any extras during the day before finalising at the end of the day - it works for me!
-
I can relate to this too and taking a picture may well help! It took the picture that I have here as my profile to realise that my tummy wasn't big anymore! My boyfriend heaved a sigh of relief and said 'At last!' when I actually saw it for myself. I still struggle though - I'm under my goal now because I can't seem to be…

You can't beat Jillian Michael's DVDs. You only need weights and a mat (except no weights needed for Banish Fat Boost Metabolism). It's hard work but worth it!

I have the same problem so I don't have chocolate in the house except in small quantities when I allow myself a treat. I gave it up for Lent this year - it was really hard but because I'd made that commitment I stuck to it. I'm doing it again next year ... and alcohol!
-
Exactly! ...and it works!
-
Me too! I started with the Shred, then Ripped, then 6 Week 6 Pack, I'm now alternating between No More Trouble Zones and Banish Fat Boost Metabolism. I love Jillian's DVDs!!! I've definitely seen results and I'm the fittest I've ever been - at 41!
-
I definitely do - and so does my boyfriend - he's been training for longer than me. He gets so grumpy on holiday that I have to tell him to go and train! It can only be a good thing I'm sure!
-
Jillian Michael's workouts are great - there are some short ones if you're short of time, like 30 Day Shred and Ripped in 30 - or longer ones like Banish Fat, Boost Metabalism and No More Trouble Zones. I do them first thing in the morning before work!
-
Nairns ginger oatcakes - yummy and only 44 calories so you can have 2!!
-
CHOCOLATE!!!! Without doubt!
-
Me too (I know I shouldn't but I can't help it :blushing: ) but I only log weekly, on a Wednesday

A very good friend of mine told me I was gaunt - no nice comment - just gaunt! I was feeling proud of my achievements so it really hurt! I have other friends and family who promise me that if I was gaunt that they would tell me. I made light of it and promptly ate 2 mini chocolate muffins. Others have told me it's a…

I am struggling to keep to my calorie limits at weekends - I've gone horrendously over this weekend! I am then really good during the week and am somehow maintaining an average weight of my goal! As dls06 says - it's a life long journey!
-
I did tell mine and my daughter said she didn't like it. I know if I hadn't said anything she wouldn't have noticed. I will be using it again but keeping shtum!!!

Me too!
