I do depending on the spice and how much I use! Some spices have a negligible amount of calories, but things like curry powder and cumin... it can really add up!

I know how you feel! I have several RL friends who use MFP and none of them are encouraging... which, of course, is rather discouraging. :/ Luckily, I have a lot of RL support at home but I'd like to have an online community as well. Best of luck to you!
