  • Today is day 10 of P90x for me. I was really sore the first week (especially after Plyo), but kept it up, not as sore this week. Good job everyone.

  • Pinks Greatest Hits So Far album has a lot of upbeat tunes : Raise Your Glass, Get the Party Started, etc, great for working out to. I also like anything off the Aerosmith Big Ones album and some Nirvana. 80's rock is always good too!

  • I find that sleep is definetely more important at 10pm. That is why working out late at night isn't for me. I'll always choose sleep over working out.
