I do this EXACT SAME THING! As soon as I really realize I am losing weight, I start eating everything in sight and my weight creeps back up. It is so hard!

Sorry I am a new member, I know I am late to this board. My biggest issue is self sabotage. I KNOW what I need to to do lose weight, but the more I tell myself what I need to do, the more I do the opposite. For example, my kryptonite is portion control.
