Thanks for the replies! Coconut water doesn't sit very well on my stomach - but I will look into recipes on Google. I try to avoid artificial sweeteners and was just looking for something else convenient.

I net out around 1200 most days.. actually eating 1500-1600 and then burning the rest through exercise. I eat a lot of protein.. usually around 125-150g.
