I love making wraps, with chicken or turkey and any fresh veggies I have on hand. If I don't have chicken or turkey I will use hummus and sometimes feta cheese and veggies.

Give it another week. At 2 weeks post op I worried that I wouldn't be ready to go back to work but by week four I was more than ready and feeling pretty good.
