Burpees and Kosamies. I think Kosamies is just something my gym created, since it's Kosama. haha. It's like a burpee but when you get down into plank position you jump your legs out, then jump them back in and do a push up, then jump them back out AGAIN then come back up. INSANE.

I actually cut a slit in the tops of my yogurts and put a plastic stir stick in them and freeze them. It takes a lot longer to eat than a popsicle and tastes fabulous!

I actually buy my tan in a can :) It's a spray tan from Banana Boat. It's fabulous! You just spray it on and your tan develops over like 24 hours. You can build as deep a color as you want and it's like $7 a bottle.

I almost think it makes it worse that I go straight to school after work so I know I won't be able to eat again until at least 10:00 tonight and by then I will probably be too tired to think about calories. So it seems like my mind is telling me to eat up now so I don't get hungry in class.

Protein bar is a great idea! I can keep those in my desk and completely stay out of the kitchen. I just found a recipe on here today for some homemade ones so maybe that will be my new fix!
