  • I have trouble due to not having the bar scanner. I mis that feature.
  • I've never had any problems with their scanner. I've cut many off the package before I threw them away. I have also saved some meals and that is easy to log. I'm not blaming them for my gain, per se. I understand that I am the one that puts the food in my mouth. I am successful with my weight management when I complete the…
  • I don't text and hate typing on my phone. When (like now) I'm on my laptop, so typing it in is very hard. Because the scanner was always a benefit to using their service, the fact that they took is away is even more wrong.
  • I try to eat 1400 calories a day. I give myself 10 calories per exercise I do a day. If I swim and bike, that's 20 calories. If I mow the grass also it would be 30. When I first stated on this site. I gained 15 points because I ate those calories that they calculated.
  • Water is boring...I drink 6 gallons (at least) a day. I wish there was something that good add flavor.
  • I think there is a difference between stretch marks and loose skin. I have both. I'm more concerned about the loose skin. There is nothing I can do about it. I was at one time over 300 pounds and am around 160 now. Once fat cells are "emptied" they don't disappear, so my skin just hangs there. My marks are all over my…
  • Our YMCA is open from 7-10 in the morning Thanksgiving so I'll do my regular Thursday bit. I love it because I get to sleep in, exercise and instead of gaining 5 pounds, I only gain three! lol!
  • When I started out, I gained weight because I ate my exercise calories. So I decided to give myself 10 calories for the exercise I did each day. When I'm close to me calorie goal, I lose weight. Now I'm starting to focus on maintaining and trying to get the right mix.
  • I swim between 1.5 and 2 miles 6 days a week and have been wearing it a couple times a week. It works well. My monitor clips onto the strap and I will take it off and "spin" it with my suit after I shower. The directions say do not push the buttons under water.
  • Since I don't cook, I only eat in restaraunts, my advise is to eat a smaller or child's portion. That way you can enjoy the food and social time and reduce any "going off the deep end"
  • Rude, obnoxious, and inconsiderate to say the least. I donate blood all the time and I rarely take anything. I'll take a bottled water or banana. I've never taken two and hate people that abuse volunteerism of any kind.
  • This is something I heard about on a talk radio show Here are some links. http://coolsculpting.com/ http://www.yourplasticsurgeryguide.com/contouring/zeltiq-coolsculpting.htm I'm planning on talking to the doctor in my area.
  • I'm not a smoker but my uncle was. He walked around with a toothpick for years especially around the house. He needed something in his mouth. Just a thought. Also I've heard that ex- smokers gain weight when they stop because nicotine is a suppressive. Good to be aware of it early. Good luck
  • Sure, have you set your goals yet? Do you have any ideas what kind of exercise you like to do?
  • When I lost a big chuck of weight (100 pounds) over a years time period, I ate 1400 calories one week and then 1600 the next. That way your body never felt like it was starving yourself.
  • Incredible! Keep up the good work
  • I had that problem when I started using this site. When logging in your exercise, type (0) or as I do I give myself 10 calorie points for every exercise activity I do. Since I've changed that, I've lost every week.
  • Thanks, I've got it.
