Not sure why he would eliminate fruit. In its raw format it adds carbs but few calories. Adds fiber and let face it we all need something sweet. I would like to try..very new to working out. I had a baby one year ago on 03/12/12 and really need to get back to following the meal plan I was on for gestational diabetes.
