Today, I had 3 hard boiled eggs and turkey pepperoni. :P I find when I get in a breakfast rut, I just eat leftovers from the night before. I don't subscribe to specific foods at a specific time of day. So, some mornings I am eating chicken and a piece of fruit or cheese.

I think that it is where you feel the most comfortable. I am 5'8" and at 180, I looked like a bit of a bobble head. I think that 190 would be ideal for my frame and big head and that would put me at about a size 10.

Light Progresso Soup and saltines Most of the time it is leftovers and salad from dinner though. On days when I am eating most of my calories at lunch I like to have a sandwich from Jimmy Johns. 746 calories of SO worth it.

Yeah, diet soda is not good for you. Sad, but true. I still drink it on occasion, but an alternative is iced tea or sparkling water with lemon or lime. It gives me the fizzy I am after.

I like making chia "pudding" and also putting them in my refridgerator oatmeal. I think that they do have health benefits, but they don't make me super full.

Yeah, I will usually get a 12" and eat part then, and part later. Sometimes I eat it all at once. Just depends on how hungry I am and how many calories I have allocated for each meal. Tonights dinner is going to be really low cal because I had a gigantic Jimmy Johns Sandwich for lunch.

I for sure blame my Mom for giving me an unhealthy relationship with food. She started taking me to Weight Watchers when I was 8. I think that if she would have just left me alone and let me grow out of my baby fat I would have just gone about my business and settled into a healthy weight.

I recently started eating "refridgerator oatmeal" from recipes that I found on Pinterest. Yep, I would just slow down a bit and at that rate you could be burning that many calories. Good luck to you and good for you getting out to excercise. I am in the contemplative stage of that one right now. :)

I am so sad for you. :( I am 37 years old and when I met my fiance 5 years ago I was about 60lbs lighter. He has never once mentioned anything about my weight in regards to getting married, etc. Please take care of yourself and remember your self worth should not be dictated by a number on the scale.

3 lbs chicken breasts 1 bottle of Franks Red Hot. hot sauce 1 packet of Hidden Valley Ranch dry mix Cook on low for 6-8 hours Shred the chicken, add in one tablespoon of butter and mix. I usually put this on a roll with homeade coleslaw. It is so easy and so good!
