I have this as well on my second toe. It does not necessarily have to do with shoes being too tight, but pressure from the base of the foot. Galloway has a great article on this on his website. Yes, the nail will sort itself out, but it will take a looooong time.

I have a jfit bar and it can be placed anywhere in the door frame itself. It is adjustable and doesn't need hardware to mount it, so you could put it up for your workout and remove after so you can close the bathroom door. I am not sure about your resistance band idea.

It wasn't until about 3-4 months into the program that I saw results. Fitting smaller clothes, decreased body fat, never did see a drop on the scale. Keep at it, changes will happen:)

I love my Garmin forerunner 210. I am a trail runner and it can pick up a GPS signal at the top of a mountain in the middle of nowhere. I find some of the more advanced models way too confusing.

I started supercharged in Jan and love it!!! You can pick what exercises you do so if you don't have certain equipment like TRX, you can chose a different exercise.

Do them...it is really amazing to see how far you have progressed:)

When I booked my PT appointment to help me learn some of the exercises in New Rules of Lifting, I called the gym, told them I was following this program and needed to book some sessions to learn these lifts. I even told them specifically what lifts I wanted to learn. Then one of the PT called me back to book the time. It…

I would still recommend reading NROLFW, even if you don't follow the program, it is well worth the read.

You can download blank worksheets from werkit. I got the iPad version of this book and regretted not getting the hard copy. I would suggest to order the hard copy from Amazon.

I just got one last week. I got the Jfit bar from Amazon, great price, works great, no need to use screws or install brackets, hubby is 240 lbs and it is very sturdy.

It really depends on what your weight is. It doesn't sound high to me, I had those kinds of burns when I first started exercising. Your calories burned are based on you sex, weight, age and activity level. Without knowing all of those, we can't say for sure if gear number is high.

Take your measurements, take a before photo and see if you can get your body fat percentage checked. The scale is not a true indication of progress with this program. Super excited for you!

Honestly, I would keep trying the prone jackknife. It is awkward as heck at first but you will get better at it:) Even if you keep trying to get into the starting position and not necessarily pulling your knees to your chest, you will still get some effects of the exercise. Keep at it:)

I have been cross county skiing my entire life at various different weights. I think my max was 260 lbs. everything should be fine except for the bindings. If you fall, the skis will come off much easier, if you weight more than what the bindings are set for. I ski classic technique, so skate style skiing may be a bit…

No starting weights are suggested, so you can stop looking:) . On my non lifting days, I still kept my cardio, running and cycling, I think yoga would compliment the program nicely, but I would be warty of yayog (that stands for you are your own gym right?). I don't think it will give your muscles enough time to repair and…

I just wanted to drop in and say...wow...you are an inspiring woman. I have no doubt you will achieve your goals:)

Just sent you a message:)

I don't have this model but I have the Garmin forerunner 210. I absolutely love it! You can use it on a treadmill, it has a feature to turn off the satellite link. I also use it for cycling , you can monitor HR, and pace but since it is not attached to you bike you cannot measure RPM and you can only see your distance…

You are 5 foot 6 and 97 lbs and trying to lose weight?! I really think you should get some professional help for this, not a healthy path to be going down.

One cup really is 250 ml...

I only took a rest between stage 1 and 2, the rest of the stages I did immediately after completing the stage.

The lulu products shipped are the exact same ones you find in the store. To check for sheerness, go to the store, wear undies with a print and bend over in the change room:) It will be very obvious. I love my older lulus but any I have purchased in the last two years have shotty quality, stitching and seams coming undone.…

Noooooooo!!!! I have to start stock piling it. I love my Marmite!

I love chia seeds. I add them to my yoghurt every morning. I don't like them when they absorb the liquid so I eat them right away for a bit of crunch and texture. I would suggest the first time eating them, stay around a bathroom. They make me very...um....regular;)

HRM are only accurate for steady state cardio. So not very useful for weight lifting. I do still wear mine and record the calories on MFP but I do not eat those calories back.

The cables were always a hot commodity at my gym too. Sometimes I went out of order, if the cable machine was free, I would jump on it and do all the cable exercises back to back because I knew if I left it, someone else would take the machine. Also, learn some of the at home alternatives to the lifts, I had to do those a…

Sometimes, based on the layout of the gym you have to go out of order. It may be a bit more challenging because your muscles aren't getting the same amount of rest but your end results should be the same.

No, you shouldn't have to replace the battery after only 8 months. I would suspect the connection for the charger to the watch some how got knocked loose. Try charging it again, if no luck, it should still be under warranty.
-
I have this same model. Yes, it is very accurate for other activities that are steady state cardio. Have you signed up to the Garmin Connect website? It is so much fun being able to look at your graphs and analyze your data:)

Weigh one a day and take your weekly average, then look at the general trend from week to week.
