Sleep apnea, hypothyroidism, anemia... I know exactly what you mean, and I reached a point when I decided that I won't let it beat me. This was a great reminder to keep on trying, no matter how I feel. Thank you.

I was having headaches nearly every day, and then after a sleep study found that I have moderate sleep apnea. It is pretty common with hypothyroidism, as the tongue gets larger... just a thought.

Having patience when the weight loss slows down. I know one day I'll meet my goal and look back like it flew by.
-
The biggest thing I learned is that I was eating way too much. I also learned how important it is to have short term goals and not just long term goals, and as long as I don't give up I will still get there. Each day is a new day.

How inspiring! Thank you so much for sharing your story.

I'm proud of myself for logging my food today.

Thank you for the great post. I can definitely use these tips in my life.

I'm finally under 210 pounds, which is the lowest I've been in a few years. I know that eating has always made me feel good, and the binging began after being sexually assaulted about 10 years ago. The weight has been somewhat of a protection. The more weight I lose, the more I feel out of control, the anxiety starts, and…

Awesome! Thank you for sharing and reminding me how it is possible to make these big changes and keep at them.

I love this. It makes me feel better about getting back to the gym. Thank you.

One pants size down!

It sounds like you've been through a lot. I found myself in a similar place over the last few years... that deep, dark depression. I am taking some antidepressants now and I'm getting ready to start talking with a therapist, as my doctor told me that the medication only helps so much but you have to do the work to pull…

I do the same thing.

I'm 5'3 and I'd like to be at about 125 with muscle.

That's what keeps me going each day :D

Yes. I know what you mean.

Good job! I have hypothyroidism too, and this makes me feel hopeful. I can't wait to get to the halfway mark. :D

I'm still going, and it has been a month :)

I had the ParaGard (the copper IUD) for seven years and then had it removed. I didn't gain weight or get acne, but I did have very heavy periods. I didn't get pregnant either. I decided not to have the Mirena because it lasted a lot longer and didn't have the hormones like the birth control pills. I have a rough time with…

My ex- boyfriend told me once, "You know what men really want? A girl that looks good that they can show off to their friends."
