That's ridiculous, 4500 is wayyyyyy off. I am stuffed to bursting after a second helping and dessert and my WHOLE DAY'S CALORIES are 1154 calories. And i'm reading people saying 4500 for JUST the meal? Um, that must be some super-unhealthy food! Either that you're injecting lard into your veggies.
