I think my problem is.. I get nervous when i see the top numbers go in red.. or negative.. but is that good? should I be letting that occur?

I eat fruits and veggies when we have them.. I do try to eat a fruit or veggie with each meal ( although I didn't have a fruit or veggie with breakfast I may make up for it at lunch). ok, track my fiber.. what will tracking my fiber do

I am the same way.. If I go through the day and don't do a work out.. I wonder what the numbers will look like when I step on the scale.. I plan my day around lunch, dinner and snacks... and I make sure I plan things around work outs and stuff.. I have become sorta a weirdo..

I work out 4 sometimes 5 days a week.. with friday's off..and if I work out Sat then I take off Sunday, if I take Saturday off then I work out sunday

ME! ME! ME!.. I LOVE that feeling.. I love the feeling of knowing I gave it my all .. I push till I am sweaty and stinky and flush.. and I LOVE IT.. never used to.. but, after getting this renewed feeling of needing to take the weight off... made me love that feeling

I love the 30 day shred.. I just started level 2 today.. but I also do it on top of ALLL my other workout routines.. and I recommend it to everyone.. I also recommend getting her Banish fat and boost Metabolism dvd as well.. I do that and treadmill and stuff and love it
