  • I agree w Nillalis. also, perhaps focus mainly on cardio exercise for a week to get things humming. I would pay attention to the fat,protein,carbs allocations... and sodium (it's a killer - argh) GOOD LUCK! let us know how it goes :happy:

  • thanks for all of the great info Lis! my little brain keeps it simple :) calories in calories out and if I don't "eat my exercise" I will lose. I have found too, that if I keep my carbs at 100g or less, it really helps with "water weight". thanks again! jill

  • hi Karen - I love either chobini or wallaby plain non fat greek yogurt. I have been putting blueberries and a few almonds in it and its tasty :) "Chugging away" - that's how I am feeling too today - not that great of a day so far (though its only 8am :( ) but hoping to make it a better one. :) jill
