  • It stops heartburn, My husband swears by it just for that.
  • I started by making Dr. OZ's Green shake it's loaded with veggies and it's real good. Now I add spinach to every protein shake I make. It doesn't change the taste and it's real good for you. start breakfast with veggies to get the most you can in your day. It doesn't sound appealing but it really is good.
  • Raw Honey , you can buy honey and cinnamon mixed as long as that's the only ingredients! I don't like the aftertaste of Stevia. Nothing artificial.
  • Loose Leaf tea to me has the best flavour. David's Tea store Is a good place to sample some. I like loose leaf Green Tea with pear (Bought from the HoneyBee Center) steeped for 3-5 mins with 1 tsp of unpasteurized honey. comforting and very tastey with the pear flavour.
  • I use the Refined spectrum coconut oil also (no coconut taste) , it was all the grocery store had but I want to try the unrefined next.(sold out ) I hear to try Costco . I like to use it for med-high temperatures, the only other oil/fat I use is Olive oil for salad and butter. That' s it.
