  • I only have about 5-10 pounds left to get to my goal and I am going with TDEE-20% which is around 1800, a lot more than I was eating when I had more to lose. I'm 5'4", 148, and run 3-4x/week, cycle, and lift 2-3x/week. Hope that helps!
