I ran my first half last September. I started training the beginning of June. I basically ran 3 miles on Tuesday and Thursday's. 4-5 miles on Wednesday. This was the day I included hills as well. I love Ezekiel breads. Love the cinnamon raisin English muffins too. Have you ever read Just the rules by Tosca Reno? Her books are great. Just the rules only takes about an hour to read from front to back and it has great tips in it.

No giving up!!! Are you exercising? Even walking will help boost your metabolism. Are you getting enough to eat? Enough protein? Those things might help!!

I make myself a pot of mocha coffee every few days or so. I add ice and half and half. 39 calories!! Totally worth it to me!!

I hate when I have a positive attitude when I get up in the morning. Then when I get to work there is donuts an ess homemade zucchini bread!! I did say no! But it sure seems like it's daily. :(
