Maybe you are at a healthy weight for you? I don't know what 10 stone translates to. :) But it sounds like you have a healthy diet and lifestyle. Do you use a heart rate monitor to monitor your calories burned? Its possible you are eating the exact amount of calories your body needs for the level of activity you have.

I'm 5'7" and my goal is 155. I'm just weighty. At 176 I'm a size 10. At 155 I'll easily be a size 6. Which is skinny enough for my frame. 155 is also on the high est end of healthy BMI for my height.
