You're welcome! The most important thing is to keep at it.

Thank you. I definitely wouldn't recommend it for everyone. It suits my OCD sensibilities. LOL.

Hello. I'm 29 years old, and I began this journey on 1/1 and I weighed 420.2 pounds. I've lost 115 pounds in less than six months, and I now weigh 305.2 pounds. I have not began exercising yet, but I'm going to in the near future. Feel free to look at my diary for ideas. I have found that being VERY rigid and repetitive…

I began this journey on 1/1 and I weighed 420.2 pounds. I completely agree with you.
-
Take the email to your boss and get the **** fired. LOL.
-
Feel free to check out my diary, its open. I think your menu sounds great.

I haven't begun excersising yet, but I'm going to when I get down to 300 pounds. I don't think it would have been feesible for me to have began this journey with nutrition and exercise.

I'm going to go out on a limb and guess that the people here who use the phrase, aren't trying to minimize the fact that there are starving people in the world. Like I said, its just a guess.
-
Trust me, there's going to be a lot more on this issue. LOL.
-
Hello. There's a big debate on whether or not you should eat back your exercise calories. Should continue to do what works for you.
-
Hello all. I began this journey on 1/1, and I weighed 420.2 pounds. I've lost 86.4 pounds, and I now weigh 333.8 pounds. I'm going to be starting the exercise phase of this journey when I get to around 300 pounds. I'm not sure where where I stand on the "eating back exercise calories" issue, but I do think what was posted…
-
Feel free to look at my diary, I think its pretty clean.
-
I haven't quite lost 100 pounds yet, but I would say eat clean for the "initial shred." That number varies, depending on your goal. I began this journey on 1/1, and I've lost 86.4 pounds.
-
I use pumpkin spice and cinnamon.
-
Personally, I would cut out the "sweets." I think the rest is great, for the most part. I remember McDonald's double cheeseburgers. LOL.
-
Congratualions. I began my journey on 1/1, and I weighed 420.2 pounds. I've lost 69 pounds since then. I eat about 1,400 calories a day. I also don't feel like I'm depreving myself. I have not started exercising yet.

Hello. I began this journey on 1/1. Personally, I don't think its a good idea to have a cheat day or meal so early in your journey. I know some will disagree with this.
-
Thank you. That is very helpful.
-
If anyone could tell me how to make a pic like the one in the OP, that would be great.
-
Congratulations! Can I ask you you put this picture together.
-
No, because I don't trust myself at this point. I might treat myself when I get below 100 pounds.
-
I would like to lose 20 pounds in April.
