Honestly, no. One of the things I do is log my food at the start of the day. That really helps me.

When I do start to exercise, what would you all recommend for the loose skin? (Assuming it doesn't correct itself. I've heard various things about this.)

I'm going to start walking soon, and I'm definitely going to adjust my calories when I talk to my doctor start to exercise vigorously.

What I'm hoping to do is stay low claorie during this "initial shred." I agree that I'll have to re-evaluate when I begin the exercise phase.

Loose skin is definitely something I'm concerned about. I'm hoping weights are going to help with that.

I know a lot of people disagree with this, but I say eat clean for the first few months. I began this journey on 1/1, and eating clean has served me well.

I began my journey on 1/1 and I weighed 420.2 pounds. I now weigh 369.6 pounds. I have not entered the execrcise phase yet, and I average 1,350 calories a day. Feel free to look at my diary.

I'm saying mine is 220 pounds. Gender: Male Height: 6' 3" Age: 29 Highest Weight: 420.6 pounds on 1/1/13. Current Weight: 369.6 pounds. Goal Weight: 220 I'm curious if you all think that's realistic. When I began this journey on 1/1, I literally pulled that number out of my a**.

I haven't and any issues sticking to it. I only eat stuff I know will make me full. My diary is open. I haven't begun exercising, yet. That phase is probably going to start when I get down to 300.
