I'm 5'8 3/4 my goal is 170. I just don't look right skinny so I doubt I will get that low.will re- evaluate when I get to 190

I usually lose weight during my TOM. Except for last week because I pretty much drank my body weight in liquer lol.... But only gained 2lbs hopefully it's gone by Sunday weigh in.

How did you lose 42lbs and not lost even an inch. I don't think that's even remotely possible unless u didn't measure when u started but you had to have lost an inch or 2.

I weigh everyday but only log on Sunday. N I measure once a month

I only have a goal size in mind, which is a 10. Whatever I weigh when I can fit a 10 is what it will be lol

You will usually know when your at your goal because u will like what u see and feel. Focus if lifting and toning and in the end those love handles will be gone
