Welcome to mfp, and feel free to add me. There is no time like the present. I started here July 1 at 305lbs so I know what it's like when u have a lot to lose. Take it one lb at a time and in the end u will reach your goals.

I worked out for 2hours Thursday morning just so I had the calories to eat what I wanted. So if that makes me a douche. Then oh well because no one is gonna get in my way of losing this weight. I'm on a mission and I won't stop till I reach that goal.

Weighed in this morning no gain I had a loss of 1.2lbs. I had a 2 hour workout yesterday before I finished cooking. I ate good had desert with plenty of calories left.

I eat regular chocolate long as it fits into my day. Snickers, kitKat and sometimes skinny cows dream clusters

I prelogged my day yesterday and had to adjust it today because I couldn't eat half the stuff I thought I was gonna eat. I was do full n still full and I ate at 3 today. I had captain crunch for breakfast n worked out for 2 hours before I had dinner.

1857, and I'm stuffed,it will only stay at this amount if I eat nachos tonight at the movies otherwise I will be less than 1300. I tried to eat but was stuffed mostly 2-3 bites of everything n I was done.

I think it works for certain people. I on the other hand only lost 3lbs and 4 inches on it.

I told everybody that way I can't quit cause now everyone knows. I started and stopped 7 times last year and it was easy to quit because no one knew.

I started at 305 July 1, 2013 and I haven't really taken any pics yet. Waiting till I hit my first 40lbs lost goal. I just finish 30DS yesterday and I always did something after or before I did it. I just don't think 27 min is enough of a workout for me.
