Pure determination. I had half a pack of cigarettes left and tossed them out the window of my car (yea, yea....I littered). I had one relapse while out drinking. Sorry, but I have a hard time with any 'diet' that makes it nearly impossible to eat fresh fruits. Fruits are a GREAT source of fiber.

Did TurboJam back in 2006, loved it. Still toss it in all the time, but with hand weights. Currently, I own P90X and P90X2 (which I am NOT ready for, at all). LOVE P90X. Now, if only I 'pressed play' more frequently, I would be GOLDEN!

After any workout, I definitely try to get in some protein. Some times its protein powder sometimes its through real food. Depends on what my time restraints are.

Walking is actually one of the BEST things you can do for your heart and body.
