I think that : 1. You aren't her. 2. You aren't her doctor. 3. You cant even quote the article correctly. 10 Bananas not 20. And she did say shes eating more cooked food for dinners. 4. You should have clicked through to her tumblr page were she discusses a bit more about how she eats. ie she had salad and pasta for dinner.

It most likely stems from a combination of your walking style and your lack of stretching before and after walking. Personally, for someone who has dealt with charlie horses in their calf muscles for years, potassium, plenty of water, and lots of stretching works best for me.

I really love Mrs. Dash! My faves are : Tomato/basil/garlic - goes with so many things. I love to put it on veggies or pastas. Fiesta Lime - goes great with meats and veggies for tacos or fajitas.

First thing I did was get rid of my scale at home. I can't obsessively check my weight if I don't have a scale. The only other scale I have access to is at the gym. I weigh myself once a week on Fridays.

The animal enzymes they refer to would most likely be the rennet listed in the ingredients. As long as you are ok with dairy, I see no meat listed.

I do think its a bit low, but not off by too much. The standard I've been led to believe is a good one is 10% of your calories divided by 4. MFP shorts my sugars by a few grams so If i go over a bit I'm not terribly worried. It also really depends on where those sugars are coming from. I tend to not worry about the 6 grams…
