  • It most likely stems from a combination of your walking style and your lack of stretching before and after walking. Personally, for someone who has dealt with charlie horses in their calf muscles for years, potassium, plenty of water, and lots of stretching works best for me.

  • I really love Mrs. Dash! My faves are : Tomato/basil/garlic - goes with so many things. I love to put it on veggies or pastas. Fiesta Lime - goes great with meats and veggies for tacos or fajitas.
  • First thing I did was get rid of my scale at home. I can't obsessively check my weight if I don't have a scale. The only other scale I have access to is at the gym. I weigh myself once a week on Fridays.

  • I do think its a bit low, but not off by too much. The standard I've been led to believe is a good one is 10% of your calories divided by 4.
