I'm fully able to go through the whole week challenge!!! :) now lets see if I can do it without breaks or feeling like I'm dying hahaha P.S. I lost 1.1 pounds in 3 days :D

The way the site explained was you work your way from the bottom till u feel you absolutely can't do it anymore and do that each day till u reach the top....it keeps you motivated because you see how much exercise can do for you. Each day it gets easier and easier for you because your endurance goes up! :)

Fort Riley, Kansas :) and YES!! exactly he always tells me to go to the gym with him or go running with him! I dont have PT every morning like he does he has to run 2 miles in 15 min.....I can barly do a 1 mile in 9 min!!! I wouldnt be able to keep up with him!!

I used to eat those non stop!! Theyre good maybe once or twice a week but not an everyday thing if you eat them eveyday then yes it could hurt your weight lost goals! That and theyre just plain high in sodium.....if you eat them drink lots and lots of water for the day! :) How I know: I thought eating those every day would…

I have 4 grams of protein LEFT for the day lol I am high in calories and protein I didn't know what to eat because you arent supposed to eat a lot of things like potatoes, breads, etc for supper and a plain salad just sounds like a hunger pain way to end the day

We got a $30 dollar gift card out of it! And you'd wouldn't have even eaten there....I ordered a salad and they came back and told me they ran out so I had to choose a burger all their chicken sandwiches and wraps were like crispy or shredded and put in the "special sauce"....what high end restaurant runs out of salads?!?!
