Wow! Amazing difference. I am on my way to that goal too. Currently down 8 pounds but needed to lose 47. I really should take some before pictures even though I despise the way I look. Being able to see how far I've come though, definitley will be worth it. Great job, you look fantastic!

We have a Planet Fitness near where I live and I love it. It's usually busy, but they offer free perspnal training, or you can just go and do your own thing. And..they are open 24 hours a day. Really gives me no excuses. Best of luck to you.

I totally agree with not eating enough calories. Looking at your food diary it appears you usually end the day between 750-1100 calories that haven't been eaten. Try stepping it up a little bit and throw in some more healthy snacks, or add a little bit more to each meal. Good luck to you

my advice...stop hitting the snooze button. Just get up, and DO IT! Not trying to come across as harsh, but set your mind to it, and make yourself get up and excercise. Guarantee you'll feel A LOT more accomplished if you do. :)

These sound fantastic. When you say you turned the pan though, did you just turn the pan around, or did you really flip over the zuchinni?

another good idea is to use the peelings from a summer squash and zuchinni . Peel them until you reach the seeds, then chop up the seeded pieces and add them to your sauce. The peelings however, throw in a skillet with olive oil and sautee on high heat. These are what I use in place of noodles. Never tried spaghetti…

I just updated mine to be public to friends only. I like to view other's diaries, not to critique or criticize, but rather to gather different ideas for things to eat. I always input what I eat, and have since I started. No shame.

It is a little scary when you have to track your food and then compare it to what you used to eat. What a difference though.
