PR on my power clean of 140, and I finally get the hang of GHD sit ups....my knees always bent at the wrong time and it was just a mess. Today I did them like I've been doing them the correct way forever. Yeehaw!

Paleo Challenge for my box starts Oct 14th. We've got a points system as well, and we have to take fish oil and vitamin D. Also have to turn in our food diaries every Monday throughout. If you fail to turn it in, you get disqualified. I'm excited!

Nice job you guys!!! I re-did the workout this morning and got 50 total reps. I'm pretty happy about that. My hands however are killing me. :)

Well I tackled 13.4 this morning. I got a total of 46 reps. Pretty happy with that but I will be repeating it tomorrow morning in hopes to get 50 or more. I got no repped a few times on my toes to bar as both feet didn't hit the bar a few times.

I cannot believe how far you've come in one year. The transformation is amazing, but sometimes it takes a while for your head to catch up to your body. You must feel amazing and super proud. Great job!!

161 total reps comlpeted. However I got no repped quite a few times when the ball was high enough...it just didn't hit the wall. Gah!!! So frustrating. But, it's done and in the books, and I had about 45 seconds to do the double unders...which are not my favorite thing. 3 singles to 1 double. Great job everyone!

I'll be tackling this tomorrow morning at 5:30. The wall balls will be no problem, the double unders I should be able to do doing 3 singles, 1 double, 3 singles one double. Until I hit 90 doubles. The muscle ups hoever...I'm out. I'm hoping to be able to have enough time to complete both the wall balls and du's in full.…

Yeah, everyone is different. I go 5 times a week, but if my body is super sore I'll just go and foam roll and stretch, or lightly row, or go on the spin bike. About every 8 weeks I take an entire week off to allow for more recovery. Thankfully I haven't reached a point where it's getting overwhelming or I'm not excited to…

184 here...and thank goodness we got to do step ups. Box jumps are hard for me, so I did a total of 15 box jumps (the entire first round) and from that point on, I did the step ups. Great job everyone. Be proud of what you acheive. You're only competing against yourself. :smile:

Have you heard of Booty-Pop underwear? Try them, they give you a booty, but when you take them off...back to reality. A girl in my office has a pair and I can always tell when she wears them. HystericaL!

Due to the snowstorm we got on Friday night. (10/28) 12.5 inches of heavy, wet snow, we lost power and did not regain it until last night about 6pm.
