oh wow that is me too.....I was told that having one of your snacks in the evening and making it something with a lot of fiber will help you feel fool longer might help some....but for me it has got to be a cycle I have to just break...oh and drink plenty of water, to get that full feeling...

Well if you are a diabetic then keep a close look at your sugar intake and carbs...but if not and that is ok then keeping a look on sodium is a good idea...if can affect many things also.

80 is normal but really should be a little higher when you have eaten...80 is the low side of normal.

Hello Have type 2 but totally on insulin...started gaining weight after I begun Insulin.....so trying to get that back under control been very difficult.
