I have completed 2 days on level one, its a really good exercise DVD literally sweating after the 20 minute workout! Plus can feel it all over by body after so will definitely be sticking to it... I am also doing the 30 day squat challenge on day 4 arm which thankfully is a rest day but have to do 70 tomorrow all and all…
