My food diary is public and I always log everything, even when I eat badly- which has happened several days this week :( The only time I didn't log was a couple of weeks ago when my husband had a surgery and I was too busy. But I find if I don't log what I eat I can't keep track of all the calories and they start adding up.

I have my diary open to the publc and it helps me to watch what I eat a little more, but I still have plenty of "bad" stuff anyways! But I'm not planning on eating 100% healthy while I'm maintaining so I don't do that now as well. Feel free to take a look at mine if it makes you feel better :)

thats great- congrats! I tried on my 'skinny' jeans, thinking they wouldn't even zip, but they zipped right up and even buttoned!!! I was thrilled :) They're pretty tight but it feels good!

I'm 5'1, and as of this morning 159 :) I still wear my 12 jeans, although most of them are getting loose. I can squeeze into a 10, but they're too tight to really wear yet.

I have the same problem... I put my food diary to public so I know anyone can see it, and that helps a little. It doesn't take away the cravings, but it makes me think twice before I eat something, knowing I have to log it! I also try not to let myself get hungry. chocolate is one thing I can't give up- if I tried I would just end up binging!! My favorites are any kind of skinny cow ice cream or bars and dark chocolate kisses or bars. pureeing vegi's into pasta sauce is a good start! If you like ice cream or sherbert you could puree fruit and freeze it as a cold treat. That would help if its the texture you don't like. Do you like salsa? Thats a good way to sneak some vegi's in- add tiny bits of carrots or celery maybe? maybe instead of chunks of vegi's…

I find myself having the same problem. I try to use a smaller plate, which helps a little. Also I preplan my dinner and log it on here before I eat, and it helps to know exactly how much I can have. Its still a struggle though, and I'm hoping others have better advice!

I ate waayy too many carbs and sweets! breakfast- cereal or muffin with coffee lunch- sandwich or frozen pizza, fast food about 2-3 times a week dinner- meat, veggi and carb...
