once when I was on vacation about 5 years ago, a waiter asked me when I was due, and wouldn't drop it when I told him that I wasn't... He actually asked if I was sure!! I was mortified... And had actually lost about 10 pounds for that trip, so wasn't even at my heaviest!

I usually eat whatever i'm in the mood for at breakfast, and then plan out what i'll have for lunch and dinner after that. It helps me to stiick to it, especially later in the day when I get snacky!

when I start feelinng that way I take a day off from logging my calories. I stilll make smart choices, but don't obsess about every single bite. Some people may not be able to do that, but it seems to work for me. I did that yesterday, and no harm done :)

I took in my two favorite pairs of jeans, but the oher ones I just gave to Goodwill or just threw away. Most of my shirts still fit, and the ones that don't I got rid of. I buy my smaller sized clothes at consignment stores or Goodwill. I don't want to spend a lot on clothes that won't be fitting me for more than a month…

I have treats every day! I have to have my flavored creamer in my coffee every morning! And I also have a skinny cow ice cream bar every night (as long as I've been good during the day and have enough calories left). If I didn't I'd just binge after a week or so of no sweets.

oatmeal is one of my favorite meals... Keeps me full for so long that I like to eat it for dinner sometimes to keep fom snacking at night. I make mine with 1 egg white and skim milk. I use cinnamon for flavor instead of sugar. When I add bananas to it, it tastes like banana bread.. Yum!

I'm 5'1", 151 pounds and I wear a size 10-12 pants (12's are loose and 10's are snug) and medium top (large jrs). at my heaviest of 172-175 my 12's were getting too tight and I refused to buy a 14 so it motivated me to start losing weight!

I weigh in about twice a week, sometimes 3 times if I need the motivation. Sometimes seeing no change on the scale makes me work harder. I weigh in before the weekend (to see if I can have a cheat meal, ha ha) and on Mondays- or Tuesday if I forget to weigh myself before I eat breakfast :)
