The scale is all over the place ever since I started P90X a few weeks ago. Hasn't gone up much, but isn't dropping much either. It's all that new muscle! So I changed my goal by 5 lbs. If I can hit 145 with more muscle and toned I will be super happy. Maybe I will hit my overall goal of 140 by the end of May and the end of P90X. Either way, I'm feeling fitter and stronger everyday!0 -

May the 1/2 pound a week thing is working! Whatever it is, I'm going to try to keep it up! I admit that recently I've totally lost it with the sodium. It's a hectic time right now, and I haven't MADE the time to cook healthy. I've just gone with easy, but not too many calories. Which ALWAYS means a LOT of sodium. Next week is Spring Break though (YEA!!!!) and I am hoping to be able to cook and freeze some relatively healthy meals for us to pull out. The spring is ALWAYS a busy time in the music area with all the contests and concerts and extra performances. But if I can just make it a few more weeks, then I can switch to a whole different kind of hectic: summer! In the meantime, I HAVE to scratch out the time and energy to cook right, not just easy. That is my challenge to myself for the next month: Cook healthier.0 -

Hey all - life's been really crazy (in the not so good way) lately - I skipped weigh-in last week and this morning I'm 5 lbs up. I'm pretty sure some of that is water weight, since I know I haven't been *that* bad... that would require me to have eating 1250 calories above maintenance every day for the last 2 weeks.
But I logged the weight and hope to get back down to 177 next week.

Looks like I should be able to hit my mini-goal if I keep it up this week. It's my recovery week for P90X so I will either lose weight by giving my muscles a rest, or I will gain weight by not lifting... But this week is all about cardio, so we'll see. Either way, I think it's looking good for my ultimate goal by Easter!

I had a good week, I excerised 6days last week with rest on Sunday even though it was TOM I still was able to keep moving..I gained a bit but I'm happy that I pushed through and was able to stick it out
