^ I would not add salt. Ok, here is what I would do - get anther tub of protein powder - Solgar vanilla is good and it does not have any sugar or sweetener in it, mix it with the other protein you have. Try a scoop of each, see if the flavours work.

I thought it is 135 but not so sure any more.This was my weight for years and years but I was skinny fat. Now i want to look that size but don't mind if I am 140 or 145 or more.

I have 30 min PT once a week. We don't do cardio, I can do that on my own. And I stretch on my own. I think it's more important to have PT more often as she keeps me pushing harder on other days as well. She writes a weekly plan for me so I know what to do. Good luck :)

Depends what you want to do. I do zumba, lifting, walking, badminton and run 2x a week. I have different shoes for all of those. My favourite is pure maple syrup, pecans (dry roasted first) and cinnamon If I need a treat that is almost like a cake - square of dark chocoate and hazelnuts (again, dry roasted first) or square of dark chocolate (or cocoa powder) and candied orange peel.
