I just moved to level 2 this week. You definitely need to complete level 1 until you can do all of the moves. They just get harder on level 2. Like instead of the up and down squats/lunges.....you have to stay in that position for 30 seconds and not move up and down. So you need to build your strength and stamina on level…

Personally I walk about 5 miles a day (roughly for an hour and a half). I do this during my lunch break and other 2 breaks at work. And do the 30 DS and eat healthy. Seems to be working great for me. I did the whole gym thing for a year...and didn't see much of a difference at all. But in the 3 weeks that I've been doing…

Me!! We get a lunch break and two 15 minute breaks....and I walk all of them. It works out to about 5 miles a day.

I also do cardio. I've been doing 30 DS for a few weeks now. The soreness went away after about day 4 The first couple days I could hardly walk!!. Also I go for a 10-15 minute walk after doing the 30 DS because there is not enough stretching/cool down on the video for me. Good luck!

Hi Lindsay!! I'm so glad you like the website. I love love love it. And it's free....what could be better!! Everyone (well almost everyone) is very supportaive and encouraging. Like I said, I'll sit for hours sometimes and read the message boards. Especially the yummy recipes everyone shares! :)

I totally feel the same. I don't think anyone except yourself knows exactly how hard you actually work to look like you do!! And you look great by the way. Keep up with the good work. And just remember YOU know how hard you work!!
