I am absolutely hooked on Wii EA Sports active and do at least 30 min workout every day, I also made up my own plan from the set exercises. I am also hooked on Just Dance 2 and spent literally all night playing one weekend

did reply but post vanished. I used to hate some veg and raisins and apples but as I am determined to lose weight my meal plan makes me eat salad, fruit and veg daily. Once you eat something regularly you get used to it and I even enjoy celery, apples and raisins that i hated before

There is a medley mode and random mode from what i remember on just dance option but you dont get a choice on what music you can dance to. You also dont get the sweat programme in this

I know its not a dance game but have to recommend EA Sports Active on the WII. You do 30 mins a day squats, running, arm raises etc. I had trouble walking down the stairs today lol

My motivation is the scales telling me I have not lost any weight makes me push harder. Thinking about summer and sun bathing with a nice body Remembering how heavy my mum became and and thinking if I carry on the way I am I will end up like that.

I love Special K Bars - chocolate and raspberry, red berry or chocolate and mint snack a jacks salt and vinegar or sweet chilli jelly either ready made or make up and put in fridge fruit like trail mix or raisins all under 100 cals

OMG 4:30am I get up at 6:15 / 6:30am Start work at 8:30 and leave at 5. Get home about 5:30pm. Do an hour exercise and then put on the dinner. Bed at 10 and and hour of my slendertone in bed with the tv on

Hi, I have borrowed Just Dance 2 from my friend and LOVE it!! You can dance alone or with friends and there is a sweat programme. The songs are good and you get the hang of the dance moves quite quickly. I tried a DVD of Zumba but didn't get into it..... to cheesy lol and I didn't enjoy the music or dance moves
