Definitely pizza for me, I eat it at least once a week! :ohwell: Chocolate is a close second though, I find it really difficult to resist chocolate, and usually can't. My lack of energy is also a hindrance, makes it a lot harder for me to motivate myself to exercise.

I'm glad someone else watched it and found it interesting too! I think I do want to cut down on carbs, because it is something I always seem to go over on. I did it both ways- putting my current weight in the goal weight, and my actual goal weight. By putting in my current weight, the numbers I got were:2237 for being lightly active. So 2237-20%=447. 2237-447=1790
