I actually do that but didn't know it really had a name. It works really well for me. I also alternate my exercises as much as possible so that changes too. I have lost every week in five weeks!

I live in Washington and I definitely know what your feeling. If I have a day where I slip back, I just start again the next day. Don't be so hard on yourself! You got this!!!

I had a great week! I had one rough day but I am back on track and focused as ever!

I swear I just went through the exact same thing. I didn't lose for like a week so I stopped weighing myself. I then adjusted my calories by actually increasing them and now I am dropping. I also took measurements of my body, to see the inches I am losing as well. I know this is frustrating but you can do it I have faith!

I started with a 15 minute walk warm-up! Then I did a ten exercise workout for strength training. Then last but not least I did interval training on the elliptical machine! I killed it today!!!

Thanks great advice! I have my eating down pretty good, it should be ok. I guess I just have to find that balance!

I don't think I could possibly do this if I didn't log my food! Its so important. I think that a lot of people I know think that if all the things you eat are healthy that you will lose weight. Well not true it has to be a balance, trying to keep a well balanced diet is truly the key.

Yesterday was a little bit tough, I think that I am worn out! I am going to eat light today and not hit the gym. I think I need a day off exercise. I having trouble balancing work, coaching, the housework, working out and the kids. I have to take a break and play catch up.

My short term goal is to lose 25 pounds by July 10! It's gonna be some work but I know I got this! My long term goal is to lose 120 pounds. I know I got big goals but I have to do this. I know I can just need to stay focused!
