It depends on the reasoning for writing at a 4th grade level. Sometimes at work I write at a lower reading level because the target audience is non-native speakers of English.

Everything in moderation. I prefer yolk but I will do just whites if I'm looking for more protein and less fat. It all depends on what else I am planning to have.

You don't have to get a salty peanut butter. Trader Joes has a peanut butter made from just peanuts. Nothing else, no salt, nothing except peanuts. This is the only peanut butter I eat now and the missing salt really is not noticeable for me.
