  • I'm running Spartan in a month and have tried to incorporate a lot of grip and body weight into my routine. Pull ups, dips, push ups, squats, box jumps, ect.. There's an awesome trail near my house that has huge rock walls that I practise manoeuvring myself and jumping over. If you can find something similar that would…

  • oh my gosh my stomach is like that too! :( It gets better with weight loss, but sadly my stomach is one of the hardest places to lose fat. I find myself being drawn to high waisted pants to hide this! haha
  • I use ISOFLEX Whey Protein right now. I have both Chocolate and Vanilla and they taste so awesome, are easy to mix and have awesome stats. (30g of protein, 1g of carb, 0g fat, and 130 calories per scoop!) I've heard really good things about their PB+Chocolate and Banana Supreme flavours, and I can't wait to try them. I've…

  • I have never tried store bought protein shakes, BUT let me tell you that protein smoothies are where it's at. The ones I make have about 30g of protein, under 300 calories, and are filled with delicious fresh fruit. :) They have definitely helped me with weight loss and I also have more energy after drinking them!
  • Other than all the foods I just dislike (like soda or french fries) I avoid peanut butter, chips, and chocolate as much as I can. Hopefully one day I'll be able to eat them in moderation though! I'm working on it
  • I've been a vegetarian for about 8 years.. For most of that time I mostly ate bread, pizza, and other processed and junky foods. For some reason people assume that being a vegetarian means instantly being healthier, but that is the farthest thing from the truth! Now, my meals each day usually follow the same structure and…
