This week I am 182 which is a slight gain. I don't quite understand it but onwards and upwards and trying for a loss for next week.

I am also in Group 12 and definitely open to this! I can't weigh in today as I don't have access to a scale but I will weigh in tomorrow and hoping for another loss.

@savysing Don't quit. Stick in there. The scales will move eventually. And you may be losing inches rather than pounds. You can do it.
