I only sweat on my low back and in the middle of the chest unless i'm in the sauna where it takes me about 20 min then from there on out i'm sweating like mad other than my face i have yet to see my face sweat ever.. :)

When you fast you arn't losing weight your losing water unless you fast for like 30 days which isn't really healthy. i looked up how many calories burned an hour by shoveling snow and its 308 calories so make sure you log that and if you have enough calories from shoveling the driveway i would take half the box of brownie mix and make half the amount and save the other half for later.
