Pleeeeease tell me where you get your cake mix from. All the cake mixes I've looked at in the supermarket are between 1000-1200 calories per box :o( That's before the added extras.

Day 7: Still going strong, 20k bike ride on Sunday, 1025m swim yesterday, 6.5k run today. :oD

I missed swimming this morning because I have a cold and didn't want to pass it on. Instead I am taking my dog for a run later, followed with 90 squats, 90 arm exercises and 60 stomach exercises. Woo!!!!
