  • English language teacher here. Teaching 12-15 yr olds. I find that I often feel too tired for a workout when I get home. Especially running seems hard when I've been on my feet all day. Any tips?

  • Another teacher here! I'm an English language teacher in the Netherlands, at a school comparable to middle school in the US. I also find it more difficult to eat well and exercise during the work week. I hope to develop some good habits this summer and hope I can stick to those when school starts again :-)
